Embarrassing mishap with the nitrogen call of ICOM and ICOMOS

by Claudia Klingspigl

The International Council of Museums, as part of the joint call by ICOM & ICOMOS for the use of nitrogen in art and culture, uses on its homepage images of objects treated with the Thermo Lignum Warmair process   - a thoroughly ironic faux pas. We have reacted to this with a letter.

As we have unfortunately had some negative experiences with the presentation of our company, our product and our behaviour with regard to the nitrogen problem and the marketability of corresponding products within the framework of the CPD, we take the liberty of publishing this letter on our website in order to prevent a false perception of our interests and our approach.

Here our letter to the head of the International Council of Museums.
