For the Eradication of Dry Rot we offer combined treatments

Dry rot in buildings is most often caused by excessive, unwanted water or moisture ingress, usually as the result of an undetected leak or poor maintenance of roofs, gutters and rainwater goods. The elimination of the moisture source and hence the prevention of any further water penetration into the building is the first step in eradicating fungal development.
A qualified surveyor should investigate and establish precisely the cause, type and extent of the fungal attack to determine the best practice for restoration of the damage and conservation of the affected areas.
With the exception of subterranean brickwork dry rot treatment in buildings can be treated with our thermal method. The drying out of fungal infested timbers in building will kill.

Portable dry rot infested objects - furniture, textiles, planks and beams - can be treated in our stationary or mobile chambers.
