For the treatment of insect- or dry rot infested structural or architectural timbers, our WARMAIR process has been adapted for use with portable gas fired heating equipment. Compared to classic heat treatments of buildings Thermo Lignum uses much lower temperatures and additionally humidifies the inflowing air, thus reducing movement in building structures.

Property Survey first
Initially a survey must be carried out to assess the extent of the infestation and determine the feasibility of the treatment with regard to access, insulation, air- distribution, volume of the structure and available site services. An inspection report will then be submitted together with a quotation for the cost of treatment
